In the role of Fiscal and Administrative Services Director, you will oversee the State Library's fiscal and administrative functions, including budget development and monitoring, grant administration, federal funds and program compliance, procurement, human resources, and related administrative services. This position provides broad fiscal and administrative support to agency leadership and requires the ability to switch between and exercise judgment in addressing a variety of agency needs.
The Fiscal and Administrative Services Director works directly under the State Librarian to carry out our mission to strengthen and enhance ND libraries, connect people to reliable resources, and ignite lifelong learning.
